Subscription refunds, eligibility & timelines

This Refund Policy governs all payments made on CineAstria, an AI-powered platform operated by Kan Deep AI Cloud Solutions. By purchasing any subscription or paid service on the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription-Based Services
CineAstria offers digital, subscription-based services such as enhanced profile visibility, AI-powered recommendations, featured listings, and premium support. Since these are digital services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made for the same subscription
- Payment successfully deducted but subscription not activated
- Technical error on our platform preventing service access
Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of usage after subscription activation.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Partially used subscription periods
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Violation of platform terms or misuse of services
- Account suspension due to policy violations
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact our support team with the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Subscription plan name
- Reason for refund request
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is received:
- Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions may be auto-renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date. Once renewed, the subscription amount is non-refundable.
7. Payment Gateway Fees
Any payment gateway or processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
8. Changes to This Policy
CineAstria reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
